She continued to train and compete post college and coach a number of competitive youth programs for many years in Maryland and Florida.  She holds a B.A. in Kinesiology from William and Mary and has spent the last 12 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She is a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor through Balanced Body Pilates and is also a certified personal trainer, swim coach and TRX instructor. She has transitioned from Olympic style weightlifting to practicing Pilates to prevent injuries and keep her strong and flexible for competitions. She and her husband have recently relocated to St. Croix finding the opportunity to open her own Pilates studio.
