Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a 50-minute class designed using the Joseph Pilates method of exercise to improve core strength and muscular endurance, stability, posture, flexibility and body awareness. Mat Pilates targets the inner unit of the body to build strength and tone the core from within. Modifications can be made for participants with neck or back issues. Only 4 spots for classes so be sure to book in advance!

Reformer Pilates combines traditional mat Pilates principles and movements with the resistance of springs on the reformer to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, balance and alignment. Pilates sessions can incorporate the use of the reformer, EXO chair and/or jump board to add variety. One on one sessions are personalized for your needs to meet your goals. Pilates can help participants with scoliosis and improves core strength to alleviate lower back pain. Book a 50-minute class or a private or duet one hour session! The studio has 4 reformers, make sure to book classes in advance!

Reformer classes are 50 minutes:

Monday: 9:30am, 10:30am & 11:30am (level 1)

Tuesday: 8:00am, 10:00am (level 2)

Wednesday: 9:30am, 4:30pm & 5:30pm

Thursday: 8:00am, 10:00am ( level 2) & 11:30am

Friday: 9:30am & 11:30am

Saturday ( twice a month): 10:10am

Cardio Pilates- level 2

Wednesday: 10:30am

Saturday: 9am ( twice a month)

Cardio Pilates is a high intensity interval jumping work out on the reformer using a jump board. It is a moderate to advanced workout. The workout consists of alternating jumping intervals with arm and core exercises and stretching. This is a total body workout, and you will definitely sweat and feel the burn!
