What do I need for Pilates?

• Comfortable clothes and water if you would like it. Most people take Pilates barefoot or with socks on, but no shoes needed.

What equipment does the studio have?

• Four Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, an EXO chair, 4 jumpboards, a pregnancy wedge and 6 mats.

Do I need to bring a mat for mat Pilates?

• You can always bring your own mat, but they are at the studio for classes and are cleaned after every class.

How do I pay?

Is there a cancellation fee?

• Yes, there is a 24 hour cancellation fee for private and duet reformer sessions of $20.

• Yes, there is 12 hour cancellation fee of $15 for reformer and $10 for mat Pilates classes.
